请仔细确认填写是否正确，该姓名将会显示在你的代表牌及参会证书上。中国（包括香港、澳门、台湾）护照持有人请填写中文名。
Please double-check that you have filled in the form correctly. The name will be shown on your delegate badge and conference certificate. Holders of a Chinese passport are required to provide full name in Chinese.
组委会特别提醒：请家长及同学在填写姓名时，务必明确并区分“姓（Last Name）”与“名（First Name）”，以免因填写错误影响后续材料审核与证书信息。
The Organizing Committee would like to kindly remind parents and students to clearly understand the distinction between Last Name and First Name when filling in names, in order to avoid any errors that may affect document review or certificate issuance.
